Welcome to the terms and conditions for use of my website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from the Jen Owens Images website means you agree to them. They make a legally binding contract between Jen Owens Images and you. If you do not accept the terms and conditions or any part of them you should stop using the website immediately. Jen Owens Images reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time which will take effect from the date of posting on the website. Your continued use of the site will mark your acceptance of any changes to the terms and conditions. Jen Owens Images reserves the right to make changes to any part of the website, or add additional content with no prior notification. You acknowledge that the website text, price lists, lists of services or other sales literature published on the website constitute an invitation to treat and may not be construed by you as any offer by or binding obligation upon us to sell any item or provide any service to you.

Delivery of Gift Cards - Standard UK Delivery - First Class Royal Mail.
Orders of 1-10 cards will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class items the next day, however, it may take longer for your order to arrive depending on the time of year etc.

Orders of more than 10 cards will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Any orders needing to be delivered guaranteed next day, please contact me directly through the Contact Jen section of the website. I will ensure these orders are sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This will incur the necessary extra charge and will require a signature on arrival.

Please contact me (jen@jenowensimages.com) right away if your goods do not arrive when expected and I will investigate.

International Delivery Royal Mail Air Mail

Order will be dispatched usually within 48 hours of payment being received (Monday to Friday). Delivery normally takes between 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

I endeavour to maintain a high standard of quality with all gift cards, collages and prints at all times. All items (with the exception of prints) are handmade and therefore may differ slightly from any images displayed on this website. Descriptions of the items on this website are correct and detailed to avoid any disappointment with the final product. If, however, you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them to me in an unused condition within 21 days for a refund or exchange. To request a return, please email me at jen@jenowensimages.com, stating the name of the item to be refunded, your name and address and the reason for the return and I will advise as to where to return the item. I would recommend you request a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office, or send your goods by Recorded Delivery. The item must be returned to me unused and in its original condition. I will process your refund to your credit/debit card or paypal account within 7 working days of its receipt, or will despatch to you an alternative where agreed.Delivery charges and return postage are non-refundable.

Damaged Goods

In the unusual event that your item was damaged in transit, or the wrong product was sent to you as a result of my error, you must inform me by email immediately at jen@jenowensimages.com and I will advise where to return the item to. On receipt of the damaged goods I will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund. I will process your refund to your credit/debit card or paypal account within 7 working days of its receipt or will provide a replacement where agreed.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy & Security

I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). I collect information about purely to process your order. This information is your name, address, email address and telephone number where given. I will not divulge this information to any third party other than the Royal Mail or a reputable courier company for the sole purpose of delivering your purchase(s).

Payment Card Security

Jen Owens Images uses Paypal Website Payments Standard as the payment processing partner to handle your credit card details. PayPal protect your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems and none of the financial details you submit to PayPal Website Payments Standards are revealed or stored on our system.

Shopping Cart Security

The payment card processing area of the website is handled by PayPal Website Payments Standard and none of the financial details you submit to PayPal Website Payments Pro are revealed or stored on our system.

Ordering

You can buy products from us online using the payment service provider, PayPal, who provide a secure purchasing environment online and handle all credit and debit card payments. When paying by Personal Cheque your order will not be dispatched until it has cleared. This payment option is only available through direct correspondence with me, at jen@jenowensimages.com

Prices

All prices displayed on my website are in British pounds and the price payable for the goods you order is as set out on the website at the time you place your order. All prices displayed on this site are Inclusive of UK VAT which is currently 15%. I reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.

Copying images or text into a computer cache or storage device for private on or off-line browsing purposes is strictly prohibited. Nothing in these terms and conditions or on our website constitutes a licence to use or copy the images and text displayed. Occasionally I may publish images or text in which the copyright is not owned by me, for example through links. Where this is done, and where practicable, we acknowledge the copyright owner.
