McKiernan Family ~ Sunset in Midlothian

Many years ago, when we were young 20-somethings and arriving in Edinburgh excited for the city and all it had to hold, I lucked out on an admin job at a Stockbridge-based architects. I was only there for a couple of years, but it was my first ever ‘real’ office job of any length since graduating and I’ve such fond memories of my time there. Most of these memories include Sarah, who is the most kind and glowing person you could meet.

So when Sarah got in touch to see if I could meet up with her and her lovely team out in Rosewell I was so excited to catch up after all these years. We ended up rescheduling the shoot twice because of horrible weather, but I’m so pleased we held out, check out these golden skies! A total joy to see the McKiernan family, have a gorgeous walk and explore part of Midlothian I’ve never visited before.
